1. Digital Products & Services
Important Notice: Due to the nature of digital products and services, returns are not possible once purchased. Digital products cannot be physically returned like physical goods.
Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. However, please refer to our Refund Policy for information about cancellations and refunds.
Our digital products and services include but are not limited to:

No Returns for Digital Products: Once a digital product or service has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned. This is standard practice for all digital goods and services across the industry.
2. Physical Products
For physical products, we accept returns subject to the following conditions:
Return Eligibility: Physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions below.
Return Conditions:
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Product must be in original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Product must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of use
- Customized or personalized products cannot be returned
- Products purchased during special sales or promotions may have different return terms (as specified at time of purchase)
Non-Returnable Items:
- Digital products and services
- Customized or personalized physical products
- Products damaged by customer misuse
- Products returned after the 7-day return window
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories
- Gift cards and vouchers
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for a physical product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization
- Provide your order ID or transaction reference number
- Specify the reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions from our team
- Package the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the product back using the provided return address
- Keep the return shipping tracking number for your records

4. Return Shipping
Return shipping policies:
- Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect item received
- Damaged/Defective products: We will arrange and pay for return shipping if the product arrives damaged or is defective
- Wrong item received: If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange and pay for return shipping
- Return address: A return shipping address will be provided upon return authorization
- Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns
Important: We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping method and retain your shipping receipt.
5. Refund Processing After Return
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- We will inspect the product to ensure it meets return conditions
- Refund processing typically takes 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Original shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded
- Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount
- Payment gateway charges (typically 2-3%) may be deducted from the refund amount
Note: For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will issue a full refund including original shipping charges, and we will cover return shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:
- Return the original product following our return policy
- Place a new order for the desired product
- Refund for the returned product will be processed separately
