1. Digital Products & Services

Important Notice: Due to the nature of digital products and services, returns are not possible once purchased. Digital products cannot be physically returned like physical goods.

However, for good customer relations, we offer cancellation and full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

2. Physical Products

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

3. Damaged Products

If a physical product arrives damaged:

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including shipping)
  • No deductions will be made for damaged products
  • Return shipping will be arranged by us

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

24-Hour Refund Policy: Digital products, services, and subscription courses can be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours of purchase.

For subscription services and courses:

  • Within 24 hours: Full refund available upon request
  • After 24 hours: No refunds for digital products or services
  • Subscription cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
  • Active subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds: Access to premium features continues until the end of the billing period

5. Refund Processing Time

Refund processing times for digital products and services:

  • Digital products/services: 1-2 business days after approval (requests within 24-hour window)
  • Payment gateway processing: Additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
  • Total processing time: Typically 4-7 business days from request to receipt

Note: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
